Children Crusher Hat. This seems like perhaps a man-made straw. It is pliable. I tried to measure but it is a bit stretchy. I came up with 22 inches. This is a used girls hat with the brim front glued up. You could attach a floral or rhinestone decoration or just wear it as is. I am a sucker for a cute hat but I have so many that they end up in storage and I can't find the one I want so don't wear many of them. I am paring down in preparation for a major move soon.
